General Graduate Program Requirements

The minimum GPA for any graduate program is 3.0. Individual programs may require more than a 3.0 to remain in good standing.
The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward any requirement is C. Individual programs may require higher grades for specific courses.
Master of Arts - Integrated Arts and Education
- The Master of Arts in Integrated Arts and Education is completed over two summer sessions in residence plus independent studies throughout the year and a final project. This schedule allows maximum convenience and flexibility to working educators.
- Each residency consists of 2 Summers, 4 weeks each, built upon three major experiences: seminars, practicums, and studio apprenticeships. Students fulfill 20 credits in core courses and 16 credits in additional requirements, earning a total of 36 credits for the degree. Independent Coursework is completed throughout the school year, culminating in a final creative project.
