Entrepreneurship Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship equips students with the knowledge, tools, and mindset needed to launch new ventures, drive innovation within existing organizations, and create sustainable value in a rapidly changing economy. Designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders, the program blends theory with practical application to foster creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Students will explore the entrepreneurial journey—from idea generation and market validation to business planning, financing, and growth strategies. Coursework emphasizes startup principles, opportunity recognition, and risk management while incorporating real-world case studies and hands-on projects.

The certificate can be completed as a standalone credential or as part of another graduate degree program.

General Graduate Program Requirements

The minimum GPA for any graduate program is 3.0. Individual programs may require more than a 3.0 to remain in good standing. 

The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward any master’s or doctoral requirement is C. The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward a certificate program is B-. Individual programs may require higher grades for specific courses.
