Educational Leadership Ed.D.

General Graduate Program Requirements

The minimum GPA for any graduate program is 3.0. Individual programs may require more than a 3.0 to remain in good standing. 

The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward any requirement is C. Individual programs may require higher grades for specific courses.

DOCTOR OF EDUCATION - EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP

  • A minimum of 90 academic credits and one credit for the comprehensive exam is required for the Doctor of Education. Credits from an approved Master’s degree and/or Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) as well as post-master's graduate credits may be applied toward the Ed.D. upon transcript review by the department. The major field of concentration for the Ed.D. is in Educational Leadership with supporting specializations in Curriculum Leadership, Higher Education, or Technology Leadership.
