Toxicology Ph.D.

General Graduate Program Requirements

The minimum GPA for any graduate program is 3.0. Individual programs may require more than a 3.0 to remain in good standing. 

The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward any requirement is C. Individual programs may require higher grades for specific courses.

DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY - TOXICOLOGY

Students will rotate through the laboratories of at least three faculty members during their first year in the program, after which students will choose a faculty research advisor, advisory committee, and a dissertation research project.

Specialized electives should be chosen based on research interests and may include courses offered in toxicology, immunology, biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences, biological sciences, chemistry, and biochemistry.
