General Graduate Program Requirements

The minimum GPA for any graduate program is 3.0. Individual programs may require more than a 3.0 to remain in good standing.
The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward any requirement is C. Individual programs may require higher grades for specific courses.
MASTER OF ARTS - ENGLISH; ECOCRITICISM CONCENTRATION
This concentration is for students interested in how literature shapes our understanding of the environment and vice-versa and is designed to prepare students who intend to pursue Ph.D. work in Literature and the Environment and/or to assist those who wish to incorporate a concern for ecological and social justice issues within their pedagogy.
