The University of Montana s Department of Public Administration and Policy is the first of its kind in Montana. The mission of the department is to provide a cutting edge public sector education for our students from high-quality faculty committed to applied research and teaching. Our department offers a variety of degrees at the graduate and undergraduate level: undergraduate nonprofit minor, undergraduate certificate in public policy, 4+1 degree with wildlife biology, Master of Public Administration, certificates in public policy, nonprofit administration, and public administration. Our department is centrally located within the Alexander Blewett III School of Law s Max S. Baucus Institute. Our faculty offer coursework online, in-person, and via robot.
